Geoff Gunther
PT, DPT, CMP
Geoff is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and played basketball. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2013. At VCU, he served as the class American Physical Therapy Association representative and conducted his capstone case study on conservative treatment of meniscal tears. Geoff enjoys encountering a variety of patient conditions and has a special interest in orthopedic sports injuries and the use of manual therapy in treatment. He has advanced training in Mobilization with Movement and is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP). To guide in treatment of runners, Geoff has had advanced training in the Pose Method and uses video analysis to assist in gait training. Geoff works closely with St. Christopher’s School athletes and is on the sideline for football games to provide additional medical support. Currently, he serves as the VPTA Government Affairs representative, assisting in state lobbying efforts. Outside of work, Geoff enjoys spending time with his wife and children; friends and pets; traveling; and competing in triathlons.
Justin Kirk
PT, DPT
Justin Kirk graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2022. The opportunity to pursue lifelong passions of serving others and promoting healthy living in the community led him to the PT profession. Before PT school, Justin served 10 years on active duty in the Marine Corps.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia where he competed on the Cross Country and Track and Field teams. He enjoys working with runners and a variety of orthopedic diagnoses to help patients return to sport and improve overall quality of life. Outside of PT, Justin continues to serve in the Marine Corps Reserves, is an avid runner, enjoys bass fishing, and is a proud husband and father of three.
Meagan Cohen
PT, DPT
Meagan grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania before beginning her education at William and Mary where she majored in Biology and minored in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. After graduation, she moved to Richmond and worked as a Physical Therapy Aide prior to beginning her studies at VCU where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023. During her time at VCU, Meagan presented on a variety of topics including early mobility in the ICU, psychosocial management of athletes status post ACL reconstruction, and return to ski interventions following knee injuries. Meagan enjoys treating patients across the lifespan with a variety of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Outside of work, Meagan enjoys cooking, running, strength training, exploring Richmond, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.
Nick Klein
PT, DPT, CMTPT
Nick is originally from Lynchburg, Virginia and started his education at Virginia Tech where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. He then received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from VCU in 2015, and decided to stay in the Richmond area. He enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions, but has had advanced training in treating disorders of the inner ear, as well as being certified in dry needling for treatment of trigger points within the muscles. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, fishing, cooking, and watching Virginia Tech football and basketball.
