Gait Analysis For Runners
A comprehensive evaluation of the way an individual stands, walks, and runs that helps identify the source of muscle, nerve or skeletal problems. We also offer complimentary screening programs for athletes in order to prevent injury.
Trigger Point Dry Needling
The release of a trigger point with TDN will increase blood flow, oxygen, and elevate the pH level in the affected muscle. This can relieve both local and referred pain and improve function, and TDN can be used to assist in the treatment for a variety of both acute and chronic conditions.

We have partnered with St. Christopher's School, providing outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy care for more than 20 years.
We are active in teaching, we have instructed many undergraduate students from local colleges and universities, like Randolph Macon and VCU, in preparation for physical therapy school. We also provide clinical internships annually for students in the School of Physical Therapy at VCU.
